Raj is based out of New York and acts as the Legal Counsel of the firm. In that capacity, he is responsible for compliance and legal matters especially related to the international structures. He is a Partner with KPPB Law, a pan US Law firm.

His long list of achievements includes him being recognized by Martindale Hubbell and Chambers USA for his corporate counsel practice. Super Lawyers included him in their rankings for the past decade. In addition to his professional legal affiliations, he is a member of the U.S.-India Business Council, chair of the advisory board for the University of Texas McCombs School of Business; Secretary and member of the board of directors for South Asian Bar Association (SABAC) and a grant committee member of the Exchange Club of New Canaan.

Prior to us, he was a part of KPPB LAW since 2018. Before that he was a partner in the corporate and investment management practice with Tannenbaum Halpern, has served as a chair of Cozen O’Connor’s India Practice Group and served as a partner in its corporate and investment funds practice. Raj provides pro bono legal counsel to various non-profits and speaks Hindi, Marathi, and Spanish.
